San Diego to Host One of Largest EV Events in 2018

At the San Diego EV Day, you can learn everything you need to know about electric vehicles. Drive a battery electric or plug in hybrid and learn how to much money you can save fueling your car with electricity instead of gasoline. Also learn about the financial incentives available on the purchase or lease of an EV.

Battery Electric Vehicles, which have zero tailpipe emissions, can make a positive improvement in our quality of air, and quality of life. EVs can access HOV/carpool lanes, shortening your commute time.

The event is staffed by knowledgeable EV enthusiasts and auto manufacturer representatives and retailers. Learn about home, workplace and public charging.
Last year's EV day was the largest electric vehicle event in the world, and attracted over 1,800 attendees. Every year, more models of electric vehicles are introduced, and costs have come down significantly.

The event is open to the public at no charge.

You can schedule an EV Test Drive and skip the line.

If you already own an EV, you are welcome to come out and put your car on display and talk to attendees about why you love driving electric. This is a great place to meet other EV drivers.

This is a family-friendly event, and there are activities for all ages. There will be food vendors on-site.
