The Ann Arbor National Drive Electric Week Event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 18, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Whole Foods Market Cranbook, located at 990 W Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103. Organized by Michigan Electric Auto Association, and partnered with Whole Foods Market, the Ecology Center, and Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority, this will be their second consecutive year at the venue. In coordination with the MEAA and Detroit Clean Cities Coalition, and Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, Plymouth will be holding a Ride and Drive on Wednesday, September 14th, from 12 PM to 4 PM at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, 47690 East Anchor Court, Plymouth, MI 48170. Freudenberg-NOK's headquarters will host nearly 20 electric vehicles and almost a dozen electric bicycles. The first hour of the event will be to showcase the vehicles, and at 1 PM the ride and drive along a 3.5 mile route will begin. Visitors as well as employees will be have the opportunity to speak with EV owners about the benefits of driving electric, as well as feel what it's like behind the wheel.
